After tearing my ACL at 11 years old I was introduced to the world of strength training and rehabilitation.
As a young athlete I was determined to get back to doing what I loved and quickly realized I wanted to make a career out of helping others do the same.
After graduating I packed up my car and drove cross country to San Diego California and spent the next 3 years specializing and treating lower back pain.
That is when I found kettlebells.
They are the perfect tool that has allowed me to rehab thousands of lower backs, shoulders, hips, and knee injuries to help my clients go from pain to performance.

After spending 5 years in the healthcare system I saw a major gap that needed to be filled.
With a system designed to provide reactionary care I wanted to be on the other side empowering my clients with the tools, education, and support to prevent sickness and disease.
While working in the underserved communities of San Diego I quickly realized that limited understanding of nutrition and lack of intentional movement were the two biggest culprits that plague our communities.
Fortunately these are variables that are within our control and when understood and practiced can lead to strong, healthy families.
This is why I went on to further my education in nutrition and strength training so that I can provide the best and most simple solutions to take care of yourself.
I've fallen in love with kettlebell training because of how strong it makes me feel and I want the same for YOU!
