Gab was working as a nurse commuting over an hour each way to a job that was burning her out fast. By the time she got home, the last thing she wanted to do was drive to the gym or follow some complicated fitness plan.
We needed something simple and effective that we could actually stick to.
So we started training at home with kettlebells.
Short, fun, challenging workouts that didn’t require fancy equipment or extra time—but still made us feel strong, energized, and mentally sharp. Training at home removed the friction, and for the first time in a while, prioritizing our health felt realistic again.
To keep ourselves accountable, we started sharing our workouts and movement practice on social media and what was working for us.
Then something unexpected happened.
People started asking:Â
- “Can you make me a program?”
- “How do I train like this at home?”
- “Can you actually build muscle & get stronger with kettlebells?”
That’s when we realized this was bigger than us.
We decided to go all in on building an online coaching community that helps busy professionals, active parents, and everyday people train smarter and build strength that actually lasts.

After tearing my ACL at 11 years old I was introduced to the world of strength training and rehabilitation.
As a young athlete I was determined to get back to doing what I loved and quickly realized I wanted to make a career out of helping others do the same.Â
After graduating I packed up my car and drove cross country to San Diego California and spent the next 3 years specializing and treating lower back pain.
That is when I found kettlebells.
They are the perfect tool that has allowed me to rehab thousands of lower backs, shoulders, hips, and knee injuries to help my clients go from pain to performance.

After spending 5 years in the healthcare system I saw a major gap that needed to be filled.
With a system designed to provide reactionary care I wanted to be on the other side empowering my clients with the tools, education, and support to prevent sickness and disease.Â
While working in the underserved communities of San Diego I quickly realized that limited understanding of nutrition and lack of intentional movement were the two biggest culprits that plague our communities.
Fortunately these are variables that are within our control and when understood and practiced can lead to strong, healthy families.
This is why I went on to further my education in nutrition and strength training so that I can provide the best and most simple solutions to take care of yourself.
I've fallen in love with kettlebell training because of how strong it makes me feel and I want the same for YOU!
