During the month of October to celebrate Gabby's 28th birthday we invite you to live YOUR best life with us! đ
The rules are simple.
When you join the KBA Membership you are automatically a part of the challenge.
Here's how it works:
đ You will get at least 3 kettlebell workouts per week using the KBA App.
đ Walk at least 7k steps a day (or 30 minutes if you don't have a device that tracks your step count)
đ Hit your daily protein goals (they will be assigned to you when you join the KBA Membership)
đ Daily mindfulness practice. This is anything that allows you to slow down, clear your mind & allows you to live your best life! Journaling, meditation, breath work, listening to music, a podcast, whatever it is for you.
đ Lastly and maybe most importantly is CELEBRATING YOUR WINS! It's too easy to live life comparing yourself to others and always looking towards the future. Celebrating your wins each week will ground you into TODAY & make this life one big party!
