Action Step: 

  • Create your long term vision for yourself. 
  • Set long & short term health, performance & personal goals to bring your vision to life.
  • Save your goals in the notes section of your phone or in a journal that you will come back to daily.
  • Plug your goals into your Scorecard at the end of this practice!

  2. Upload your Body Weight on the Kettlebell Athletes App
  3. Measure your Body Stats on the Kettlebell Athletes App
  4. Get clear on how you are going to measure progress towards your goals so you can celebrate your wins weekly!
