- Create your long term vision for yourself.Â
- Set long & short term health, performance & personal goals to bring your vision to life.
- Save your goals in the notes section of your phone or in a journal that you will come back to daily.
- Plug your goals into your Scorecard at the end of this practice!

- Get clear on how you are going to measure progress towards your goals so you can celebrate your wins weekly!
